VENUE INFORMATION

FACILITY FEE

Your facility fee includes the entire estate for wedding photographs, wedding rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, use of (20) 8’ Tables, (6) 36” high boy cocktail tables, (150) Chiavari Chairs (reception only), brown floor length linens for rehearsal dinner and ivory floor length linens for reception. Linens to include 1 cake table, 6 high boy tables for rehearsal dinner and reception, tables to accommodate guest count, and 1 gift/personal table. L7 Events will setup the above items, tear down, place event trash in trash bins, and coordinate all details of the event with the client including payment. Overnight accommodations will be paid in full prior to checkin.

Babies and toddlers who do not take a seat at the ceremony or reception table are not included in the guest count.

 

ENTIRE ESTATE RENTAL FEE: includes all 6 bedrooms & 6 bathrooms in the Main House sleeping 12 and is priced at $600 per night. A three night minimum stay is required. Prices subject to change without notice. Includes use of any outdoor spaces for ceremony or receptions, and the master ballroom for indoor events. Also includes use of one pontoon boat and lakeside pavilion. (*Restrictions apply)

 

THE PATTERSON HOUSE offers additional overnight accommodations with 3 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms all with garden tubs and is priced at $300 per night. A three night minimum stay is required. Maximum occupancy in this cottage is 10 and includes two persons per bed & sleeper sofa (one per trundle bed). Small pets are welcome in the cottage and there is no pet fee when the entire estate is rented for weddings. Sorry, no pets allowed in the main house.
Keep in mind that since we are a destination venue, your guests are able to directly pay for their individual portion of the lodging in order to defer the lodging costs from you. Your guests can book their stay independently and securely with L7 Events. Please inquire.

 

We have provided you with a list of local off-site accommodations for the “overflow” of guests who cannot stay on the property due to the large size of your group. Please refer to the Vendor & Offsite Accommodation Sheet included in our Wedding Package.
 

AUDITORIUM CAPACITY: The capacity for events in the historic auditorium varies based on the type of event, seating requirements, dancing area, audio visual needs etc. Seated dinners may be held for up to 150 guests, and cocktail hour events can accommodate up to 275+. Theatre style seating can hold up to 300+. The main event space is a 50’ x 40’ room with a 20’x15’ stage.
 

SECURING YOUR DATE: Booking your date is confirmed with a signed contract and receipt of your  full facility fee. This fee is non refundable for any reason and date changes are only permitted if requested dates are available. No dates are secured until these two items are received. Final balances including accommodations is due 21 days prior to your event via cashiers check, or credit card. A 4% fee applies to all credit or debit card purchases.
7.75% North Carolina Sales Tax & 3% Lodging Tax will apply.
